My pregnancy yoga classes focus on movement with the breath and work on building strength and stamina - depending where you are in your pregnancy and how you're feeling, there will be options for those with more/less energy. There will be plenty of relaxation plus maybe a bit of sound work. It should be fun, nurturing and empowering.
All abilities welcome, those who've not practiced yoga before and those who have - plus all levels of fitness.
